I am an enthusiast of all things outdoors, from running, to hiking, to kayaking and gardening, and I've experienced overuse and accident related injuries. As an LMT, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between Western Medicine and alternative options, while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am so fortunate to be able to empower clients to do what they love through the gentle and healing power of massage therapy.
